Care about the future of Aotearoa? Want to make a difference on climate change and have your voice heard? Want to develop your leadership skills and meet your passionate peers? This is your opportunity!

Climate change is the biggest issue we as a generation face - so it’s time for high school students to have their voices heard! The Climate Challenge is a youth-for-youth organisation which runs conferences across the country, to date for over 1000 young leaders.

The Christchurch Climate Challenge Conference will empower you to be an innovative climate leader, igniting passion, developing skills and understanding, and connecting you with your passionate peers and New Zealand’s leaders. They are unique because they are run by young people for their peers, and are open to any high schooler no matter their previous experience.

The Christchurch conference will include a range of inspiring speakers, skills workshops, interactive simulations, an MP panel and much more! It will be held on the 29th and 30th of June at the University of Canterbury.

The ticket price for the two days is $25, this includes all food and everything else you'll need for the weekend.

Keep a lookout on the website and our Facebook where we will be announcing our speaker and workshop line up:
